∎ Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies for requirements gathering and backlog management.

∎ Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive solution documentation, with additional expertise in performance and/or security testing considered a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis to elicit and define clear business requirements.
∎ Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria.
∎ Ensure all requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with the broader business objectives.
∎ Evaluate existing business processes to anticipate future requirements, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend opportunities for improvement in BRAC Technology solutions.
∎ Collaborate with developers and UX/UI teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet business needs.
∎ Leverage tools like BPMN, UML, wireframing, and prototyping to visualize workflows and system functionality effectively.
∎ Organize, document, and communicate requirements clearly to various stakeholders across teams.
∎ Develop comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases to guarantee solution quality.
∎ Design, prioritize, and execute testing activities, including creating automation scripts, bug tracking, and performing thorough regression testing.
∎ Ensure the safety and well-being of team members by preventing harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, contributing to the program’s safeguarding goals.
∎ Serve as a primary resource for support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding, establishing and maintaining a safe working environment.
∎ Advocate for safeguarding policies among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in all activities.
∎ Follow safeguarding reporting procedures in case of any incidents and encourage others to report accordingly.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

In this role, you will lead requirement elicitation and root cause analysis to identify and implement the most effective tech-driven enterprise solutions.
