Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Exceptional analytical abilities, adept at swiftly comprehending intricate business procedures and systems.
∎ Skillful communicator capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders across all organizational tiers.
∎ Proficient grasp of various software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
∎ Familiarity with a range of business analysis tools and methodologies, encompassing process modelling, data analysis, and requirements management.
∎ Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational acumen, and adeptness in managing multiple priorities within dynamic settings.
∎ Preference for candidates acquainted with tender processes and associated documentation.
∎ Engage stakeholders in collaborative discussions to grasp business objectives, processes, and requirements effectively.
∎ Perform in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and streamlining.
∎ Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to extract and record precise and comprehensive business requirements.
∎ Assess and document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to ensure they align with business goals and objectives.
∎ Prepare Expression of Interest (EOI), Tender Proposals, and other relevant tender documents as necessary.
∎ Craft detailed business process models, workflow diagrams, and visual aids to depict both current and proposed solutions clearly.
∎ Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, such as developers, designers, and project managers, to define project scope, priorities, and timelines.
∎ Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and oversee the successful implementation of solutions.
∎ Develop and update documentation, including business requirements documents, user manuals, and training materials.
∎ Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis and process improvement.
