∎ Conducting market research on competitive companies and generating authentic reports accordingly.
∎ Formulating strategies for achieving short term and long term goals after the research on product is completed.
∎ Monitoring competitor’s activities, customer and market trends etc.
∎ Identifying potential opportunities and threats from the market and taking preventive actions.
∎ Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems.
