Minimum 5–7 years of experience in poultry farming, with at least 3 years in breeder farm operations.
Proficiency in Google Sheets (data management, formulas, pivot tables, reporting & analysis)
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and monitor daily farm operations to achieve production targets.
Maintain optimal environment (temperature, humidity, ventilation, lighting, water, and feed supply).
Ensure proper handling of breeder flocks to maximize egg production, fertility, and hatchability.
Enforce strict biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and animal welfare standards.
Monitor feed, medicine, vaccines, and equipment usage, ensuring timely requisition and cost efficiency.
Ensure effective waste management and environmental control within the farm premises.
Supervise, train, and motivate farm staff to ensure smooth farm operations. Short please.
