Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in communications, branding, or media (NGO, private sector, or development projects).
Strong writing and editing skills in English and Bangla.
Experience in social media management, website content, and digital marketing.
Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, video editing preferred).
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of renewable energy, environment, or sustainable development will be an added advantage.

Bangladesh Sustainable and Renewable Energy Association (BSREA) is the apex private sector body promoting sustainable and renewable energy in Bangladesh. Established in 2011, BSREA works closely with government, development partners, and private sector stakeholders to accelerate the transition towards clean energy.
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly motivated Communications & Branding Officer to lead our communications, media, and branding activities.
Reports to: Executive Director
Key Responsibilities:
External Communications & Media Relations
Collaborating with the management to develop, implement, and coordinate strategic communication plans that align with the company`s business objectives and drive brand loyalty.
Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, partners, and external stakeholders.
Writing, editing, and distributing a wide range of materials, such as press releases, website content, social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, speeches, and marketing collateral.
Serve as focal point for donor, partner, and public communications.
Branding & Visibility
Ensure consistent branding across events, publications, social media, and external communications.
Maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity across all internal and external communication channels and materials, including managing templates and style guides.
Design and oversee promotional materials, brochures, and event collaterals.
Support branding and visibility in national and international forums.
Digital Media & Online Presence
Acting as a spokesperson for the organization, responding to media inquiries, and building relationships with journalists and other media contacts.
Overseeing the company`s website content and interactive social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and publish engaging content (articles, graphics, short videos).
Monitor digital engagement and produce analytics reports.
Event Communication & Promotion
Plan and coordinate event branding, media coverage, and live communication.
Ensure high-quality visibility for BSREA at conferences, exhibitions, and workshops.
Support event documentation (photography, videography, reporting).
Internal Communication
Support communication between the Board, Secretariat, and members.
Draft and circulate meeting briefs, announcements, and internal updates.
