• Age 22 to 35 years

·         Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales.·         Strong communication & negotiation skills.·         Ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.·         Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.·         Prior experience in agriculture or organic products is a plus.·         Achieve Daily and monthly sales targets.·         Report Sales activities to supervisor.Process sales orders, invoices and delivery documents accurately

Drive sales by assisting customers, providing expert advice on instruments and equipment, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance targets and enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Manage daily operations, including inventory control, ordering from suppliers, and maintaining store organization.

Oversee budgets, monitor sales performance, and analyze financial reports to make informed business decisions.

Develop and implement marketing initiatives, such as in-store promotions, events, and collaborations, to drive customer traffic.
