∎ Promote Exonext’s Products, Services, Exhibitions, and Events.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
∎ Provide customer support through online communication.
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, comments, and feedback.
∎ Maintain relationships with clients by providing information, and guidance; recommending new products; and recommending facilities and service improvements.
∎ Identify and report potential issues, including spam, harassment, and inappropriate content.
∎ Track and report on key metrics related to social media moderation.
∎ Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure alignment of community feedback with content strategy.
∎ Ensuring proper service and after-sales support to clients.
∎ Promote Exonext’s Products, Services, Exhibitions, and Events.
