∎ Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ Must have 5 years practical experience to work as Brand Marketing Manager in FMCG sector.
∎ Good computer and presentation skills.
∎ Report writing skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Planning and budgeting skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and influence decision making.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
∎ Plan and execute of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media as well as collaborate with agencies, designers and content creators.
∎ Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
∎ Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
∎ Work with product, Sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
∎ Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports accordingly and assess ROI as well as manage marketing budgets efficiently and allocate resource effectively.
∎ Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
∎ Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots and analysis key brand matric (awareness, engagement, sentiment and brand bonding etc.)
