Currently STL is looking for dynamic, hardworking, intelligent and self-driven candidates for the mentioned position.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategy to reach customers effectively, communicate the value proposition of the product to them and influence their purchase decision.
Formulate marketing mix and prepare plan to increase market share and ensure sales growth for assigned brand(s).
Identify market opportunity as well as target customers and generate innovative ideas for building brand equities.
Monitor marketing campaigns and engagement of own and competitors` brands in relevant media platforms along with their changes in claim and SKU
Exploring untapped consumer demand and new products to meet the demand as a way to carry sustainable growth avenue for the brand
