∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & execute brand plan
∎ Manage A&P ensuring maximum return on investment
∎ Improve promo excellence both in designing and execution through Sales Force
∎ Prepare & analyze brand dashboard & brand tracking tools to monitor promotional effectiveness
∎ Maintain field presence through field visit & conducting CMEs
∎ Take part actively in Sales Force training, forecasting, adhere SLAs with medical, procurement, finance & other divisions
∎ Participate actively in all cross-functional projects assigned
∎ Deliver sales of assigned brands
∎ Improve/ maintain gross margin & control brand OPEX
∎ Deliver contribution for assigned brands
∎ Participate in all training programs arranged to improve job related skills
∎ Learn and understand all work related policies and processes of Sanofi Bangladesh
∎ Follow local laws, DGDA guidelines and internal compliant processes
∎ Strive for good practices complying quality guidelines and regulations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Good skill in using MS Office [Word, Excel & PowerPoint]
∎ Good analytical, planning & organizing skills
∎ Self-motivated and ability to work in teams
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bengali [written & spoken]
