Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA major in accounting from reputed university, CA/CMA (partly qualified)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the preparation of quarterly and yearly financial statements
∎ Perform monthly trial balance analysis and investigate unusual increase/decrease
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements of BSEC, DSE etc.
∎ Prepare AR report, AR ageing report and monitor DSO
∎ Reconciliation of collection with sales proceeds
∎ Maintain AP registrar, ensure accurate TDS, VDS deduction for each transaction
∎ Lead monthly TDS, VDS reconciliation and prepare an adherence report
∎ Regular monitoring of GR/IR, vendor and customer accounts
∎ Recognition and evaluation of provision and maintain ageing schedule
∎ Assist and coordinate statutory audit and any other external audit
∎ To understand and comply with the responsibilities related to internal control needs, such as Code of Ethics, Privacy Policy, related SOPs etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in audit firm/ reputed local or multinational organization
∎ Skills and Competencies
∎ Sound knowledge in Local and International Accounting and Reporting Standards
∎ Methodical approach to accomplish tasks.
∎ Good interpersonal skills to deal with people.
∎ Respect deadlines and company values.
∎ Proficient in English and skilled in operating computers including MS office, skills on data analysis software would be an added advantage.
