∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing lifestyle, fashion, or retail brands (have to previous experience on Bata, Apex, Lotto,Bay, Arong,Easy or Sailor) and possess strong strategic thinking, brand development, and communication skills.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market presence
∎ Plan and lead both ATL & BTL marketing campaigns (TV, Print, Digital, Retail, Events)
∎ Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust branding strategies accordingly
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, retail, digital, and sales
∎ Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand repositioning
∎ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials
∎ Analyze brand performance and generate reports with actionable insights
∎ Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and external stakeholders
∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing or a relevant field from a reputed university
∎ Professional certifications in branding or digital marketing will be a plus
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Brand Management, preferably in fashion retail, footwear, or lifestyle industry
∎ Experience in handling large-scale campaigns and multi-channel marketing
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong leadership and project management skills
∎ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content strategy, and campaign measurement
∎ Creative mindset with attention to detail
