Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center & Messaging Executives. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as responding to messages on our social media platforms and website. You will play a key role in providing accurate information, solving customer issues, and maintaining professional communication standards that reflect the image of our brand.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Respond to messages from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and website live chat.Assign and manage message replies based on team distribution (only respond to messages assigned to you).
  • Maintain a courteous and helpful tone while resolving customer inquiries.
  • Update customer information and interaction history in CRM or internal system.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries when necessary and ensure resolution within a defined time.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to coordinate customer needs.
  • Report daily message response updates and unresolved issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection of customer information.
  • Meet daily/ weekly targets for call and message response rates.
