∎ Strong work ethic;
∎ Reporting skill, computer skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Total responsible for product safety and quality standard to meet the customer requirement;
∎ Good communicate with the buyer's representative and follow their time-to-time instructions accurately;
∎ Monitor the quality and quantity of finished product during delivery as per AQL standard;
∎ Ensure all quality parameters during new developments and monitor and evaluation daily QC activities & reports;
∎ Implementation of the quality process as per SOP;
∎ Set Quality standard and drive Quality Control system and maintain Quality Assurance;
∎ Prepare quality action plan and arrange PP, Pilot, First Bulk, meetings and maintain the records, distribute them to relevant departments and analysis result;
∎ Monitor daily AQL audit DHU reports and arrange corrective/preventive action plan and analysis results;
∎ Conduct quality audit daily basis and submit report to Head of Quality;
∎ Conduct risk analysis meeting for all the styles and maintain the records;
∎ Prepare factory for technical/Quality Audit;
∎ Must have the ability to provide training to the staffs & workers.
