Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and accelerate the process of new product developments and existing product development.
∎ Plans, implements, and executes successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion, and advertising).
∎ Provides reporting to allow proper measurement of marketing activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing trade and consumer promotion programs.
∎ Ensure the sales growth and Net Profit as per company expectations and also keep a close look on customer retention.
∎ Ensure the sales target of each brand for the responsible category
∎ Sets brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
∎ Collect and analyze data from various sources to determine competitors' movements, gaps, opportunities, and consumer trends
∎ Develop long-term and short-term strategies for the product category.
∎ Develop strategies for unsuccessful products
∎ In-depth understanding of Packaging materials and raw materials
∎ Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
∎ Collaborates with sales team for specific strategies & recommends implementation framework.
∎ Monitor the demand plan performance throughout the month to provide detailed input to the production team for use in the demand review meetings
∎ Work closely with internal designers and external agencies to generate designs within our brand guidelines
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in FMCG is must.
∎ Proactive with good Communication skills.
