- Service Brand Strategy and Marketing Campaign Planning
- Service Branding Budget Planning & Optimization
- Supervising Campaign - Feedback, TVC
- Brief & Coordinate with Media Team (TV, Press, Radio, Digital, OOH)
- Manage & Coordinate with Billing and Accounts department
- Outdoor & Indoor Branding Supervision & Execution
- New Product & Offer Communication Development
- Market & Competitor Marketplace Visit (Twice a Month) and competitive Report Submission
- Coordination for Feature development and Market Insights management
- Coordination with the Sales and Service team
- PR Deployment Coordination & Report Submission
- Brand and Consumer-level Research and Development
- Competition Activity Tracking & Competitive Market Analysis - Digital, ATL & Retail
- Periodical Consumer Research & Insight Mining (BI team coordination)
- Brand Persona and Guideline Development
- Report to Management- Including Media Spending and Performance Report
- Coordinate with Global Service Branding
- Fair Management (Local & Global)
- Any Task assigned by Management
