Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA with major in Marketing from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate innovative ideas to change, improvise and develop promotional strategies and action plans.
∎ Developing, implementing and executing marketing plans.
∎ Analyzing competitors of the brand, pricing, and positioning of the Brand and suggest action plan accordingly.
∎ Gather market/competitor/market activity insights through formal, informal research, data analysis, market visit; and generate action plan accordingly to the findings.
∎ Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
∎ Writing and/or supervise content crafting for brand promotions and communications.
∎ Liaison with advertising agency to supervise advertising and promotional campaigns.
∎ Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
∎ Responsible for packaging, labeling, and marketing planning of the Brand.
∎ Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Freshers are welcome, however =1-2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in a business organization or at least university clubs will be considered as advantage.
∎ Experience working with marketing/club projects will be added advantage.
∎ Good Communication, Computer skills and Stakeholder Management Skills are required.
