Manage and lead a team of insurance company Maintain compliance with insurance laws and regulations.
Develop strategies to meet business objectives and goals Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Keep ready a very motivated field workforce to ensure monthly Premium target.
Smooth fund mobilization by banking and online channel.
Ensure administrative formalities to support for all policy holders including their expectation and claim.
Provide necessary training to the workforces with rotational field visit
Habitude to use modern gadget including all internet feature
