Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and maintain relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service and ensures same level of service from the store employees to the customers.
∎ Maintains store operations by initiating, coordinating operational and organizational policies and procedures ;
∎ Maintains store employees sales focus by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees ;
∎ Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
∎ Manages employee turnover and handles employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner ;
∎ Ensures sales as per business plan; Follow up inventory, cash, administrative, safety and security issues related to show room;
∎ Conducts regular meetings to keep in touch with individual responsibilities, store discipline, and customer service ;
∎ Ensures that interior, exterior and visual merchandising of store is maintained to company standards.
∎ Analyzes sales figures, customer needs, buying trends, and forecasts future sales;
∎ Prepare reports on sales, Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met Handles cash register and banking functions such as making bank deposits ;
∎ Maintains store's cleanliness , CCTV operation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures ;
∎ Handle cashier duties by taking cash or credit cards in exchange of goods sold
∎ Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands;
∎ Promote new products and offers to the customers;
∎ We are looking for results-driven Showroom Manager/ Incharge to ensure that sales goals are met and office tasks are completed successfully in a timely manner. Showroom Manager/ Incharge are also responsible for monitoring sales, customer service and creating sales reports, training and managing staff, and asking clients for feedback. Please do not apply if you not have any experiences in the showroom operation at similar Retail sector.
