Job Summary: Inspiren Global Education is looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Sylhet office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in student counseling for study abroad, and at least 2 years of managerial experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient branch performance.
Lead and manage the team to achieve business goals and targets.
Provide expert student counseling for overseas education opportunities.
Develop strategies to grow the branch and increase student enrollment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and students.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.
Prepare performance reports and present them to senior management.
