Job Summary: Inspiren Global Education is looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Sylhet office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in student counseling for study abroad, and at least 2 years of managerial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient branch performance.

• Lead and manage the team to achieve business goals and targets.

• Provide expert student counseling for overseas education opportunities.

• Develop strategies to grow the branch and increase student enrollment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and students.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.

• Prepare performance reports and present them to senior management.
