Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Masters/MBA from any recognized university with no third division/class in any exam
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on the credit proposals, renewal of existing, conduct inspection of collateral business establishment
∎ Ensure new business development, grow the customer base through extensive marketing and business development efforts, including cross selling of different products
∎ Directing and supervision of branch administration, general banking, credit, cash and other operational activities of the Branch
∎ Ensure cost minimization and maximize profitability of the branch
∎ Ensure high level of customer service & resolve problems or issues related to customer services
∎ Monitoring and checking all transactions that are taken place in the Branch
∎ Overall Monitoring & supervision of the credit portfolio of the Branch, ensure recovering outstanding debt from our customers
∎ Act as Branch Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer (BAMLCO) where applicable
∎ Monitor preparation of different periodical statements (accurately in appropriate/ prescribed format) for submission to the regulatory bodies, different divisions/departments of the Bank and other applicable stakeholders.
∎ Responsible for recovering outstanding debt from our customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 6 years' experience, depending on the position applied for, from reputed Bank/NBFI
∎ Dedicated, self-motivated and career focused and flexible with result driven
∎ Ready to go extra mile to achieve Branch sales and service objectives
∎ Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
∎ Customer-centricity, result-oriented
∎ Ability to lead team, capability to meet target & deadlines and keen to develop others
