Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role of Branch Manager will be pervasive in a wide range of activities that ensure smooth functioning of the day to day banking operations and services to the customers.
∎ Core responsibilities will be to achieve business target in terms of liability, asset & profit through quality business booking and nurturing customer relationship and thus maintaining a healthy portfolio for the branch.
∎ Providing front line administrative support to operational and administrative head office function.
∎ Managing relation with regulators, customers, bankers and all external stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies and guidelines.
∎ Taking appropriate measures to safeguard branch assets.
∎ Controlling branch expenses and petty cash positions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least five-year experience as Branch Manager will have added advantage.
∎ Sound knowledge of banking laws, regulations and negotiable instrument Act.
∎ Supervisory and leadership skills required to manage, motivate and develop employees .
∎ Market leader in branch business and growth.
∎ Strong communication, marketing & negotiation skills.
