Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve sales target focusing new business under the guidance of Sales Manager.
∎ Support team members of sales and keeping accountable to achieve target and goal.
∎ Achieve the Business sales target and FA recruitment target.
∎ High grade FA recruitment and guide them with proper training and mentoring.
∎ Necessary customer visit with FAs to ensure clients need.
∎ Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force.
∎ FA one-on-one weekly meeting to review performance, progress and targets.
∎ Developing new customers base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods ensuring quality services, customer satisfaction, business growth and retention.
∎ Preparing report as needed for head of Business and Sales Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) as FA (Agent) or above position in reputed life insurance companies.
∎ The applicants should have experience in area(s): Sales and Distribution in the reputed life Insurance companies (3 tier distribution models preferred).
∎ Sales & Training experience (Life Insurance) with proven leadership ability.
∎ Excellent communication & analytical skills.
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing platform.

Salary: Negotiable
