SPO-SAVP: At least 8 years` branch experience: 3-5 years as Branch Manager preferred.
VP-EVP: Minimum 12 years` Branch Banking experience; 6-7 years as Branch Manager preferably with corporate banking experience.
Proven leadership in managing teams, corporate loan portfolio, and overall branch operations.
Strong expertise in banking products, loan portfolio, deposit mobilization, and customer relationship.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and compliance knowledge with focus on service and risk management.

Explore local market, identify sales opportunities, and enhance bank visibility through active presence.
Maintain profitability, control costs, and ensure regulatory compliance at Branch and Uposhakha.
Lead teams through coaching, engagement, and skill development to ensure peak performance.
Use analytics tools for portfolio monitoring, sales enhancement, and informed decision-making.
