  • SPO-SAVP: At least 8 years` branch experience: 3-5 years as Branch Manager preferred.

  • VP-EVP: Minimum 12 years` Branch Banking experience; 6-7 years as Branch Manager preferably with corporate banking experience.

  • Proven leadership in managing teams, corporate loan portfolio, and overall branch operations.

  • Strong expertise in banking products, loan portfolio, deposit mobilization, and customer relationship.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and compliance knowledge with focus on service and risk management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve business targets through customer acquisition, relationship management, and team engagement.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and gather feedback for Branch and Uposhakha improvement.

  • Explore local market, identify sales opportunities, and enhance bank visibility through active presence.

  • Maintain profitability, control costs, and ensure regulatory compliance at Branch and Uposhakha.

  • Lead teams through coaching, engagement, and skill development to ensure peak performance.

  • Use analytics tools for portfolio monitoring, sales enhancement, and informed decision-making.
