Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in any discipline from reputed university, DVM/ B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry/ B.Sc. in Agriculture is preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a comprehensive business plan to accelerate broiler contract farming business, set targets, and drive the team for achieving expected sales to hit the top-line growth
∎ Train, lead and monitor the sales team to convey extensive and visible ideas about all aspects of products and offerings to the targeted and potential farmers to bring new businesses
∎ Provide adequate training, guidelines, and emergency assistance to the farmers to manage flock health, brooding & growing, feeding, nutrition factors, vaccination, medication, bio-security, ventilation, and other environmental aspects of farms to perform optimally and remain disease-free
∎ Build and promote long term relationships with farmers to regain business and be aware of
∎ competitor's business status
∎ Enforce the sales team to acquire maximum profitability

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 - 6 years in contract broiler farming; experience in Poultry Feed Sales, Customer/Technical Service, Breeder Farm, Broiler/Layer Farm and Hatchery will also be preferred
∎ have direct exposure in dealing with farmers
∎ have the ability to work under pressure and to travel extensively to different parts of Bangladesh

Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
