Branch Manager (London Gents Parlor, Dhanmondi or Sylhet Branch)

Responsibilities:

Branch Operations:

• Oversee the daily operations of the parlor
• Ensure smooth coordination among staff for enhanced

Customer Service:

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Address and resolve customer feedback or complaints promptly

Sales and Marketing:

• Develop plans to achieve monthly sales targets
• Manage promotional campaigns and special offers for the branch

Staff Management:

• Prepare duty rosters for staff
• Monitor staff attendance and conduct
• Provide training for new employees and evaluate performance regularly

Inventory and Supplies:

• Ensure sufficient stock and supplies for smooth operations
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

Financial Management:

• Maintain daily sales records and cash flow
• Monitor the branch's expenses and income reports

Leadership and Problem Solving:

• Resolve any issues arising within the branch efficiently
• Motivate and lead staff to foster a positive work environment
