Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a Branch Manager to be in charge of our branches` day to day operations.
∎ As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible to keep the records of our expenses and supervise staff and monitor the overall activities. You should also be able to promote our services and products to clients. You should possess up to date knowledge related to the beauty industry.

∎ Position Location: Dhaka, Chittagong (Chittagong will be preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In charge of day-to-day operations, including staff management and customers handling.
∎ Achieve branch sales targets, goals, and objectives.
∎ Responsible for outlet service standards and overall customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain highest level of hygiene and cleanliness, as well as quality of in-store display.
∎ Work closely with management to optimize all aspects of staff performance and development.
∎ Ensure all treatments meet high quality standards.
∎ Assisting in training beauticians as required.
∎ Arranging and managing the employee's work schedules, considering seasonality for occasions and peak times.
∎ Maintaining records of staff members which includes their salaries and working schedules.
∎ Advertising and promoting services, offers, and discounts via social media.
∎ Monitoring stock and ordering beauty products as and when required.
∎ Tracking the payments received from clients.
∎ Offering discount bundles and running online competitions to attract new clients.
∎ Ensuring proper cleaning of our aesthetic clinic equipment and tools after use and following hygiene practices across all stations.
∎ Maintaining records of all transactions and presenting it to the management when necessary.
∎ Addressing and resolving client complaints regarding services and employee behavior report to proper channel.
∎ Ensuring that the branch is clean and well-maintained at all times.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient with all aesthetic treatments and products.
∎ Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
∎ Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with elegance.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Strong organization and analytical skills.
∎ Exceptional customer service skills.
∎ Strong negotiation and sales skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
∎ Good numerical abilities.
∎ A keen eye on details.
∎ Good time management skills.
∎ Exceptional leadership skills
∎ At least 3 years of working experience as a Branch Manager (Candidates who worked in similar role will get preference).
