∎ Graduation/Masters in any discipline from a reputed University.

∎ Minimum experience of 6 years including 3 (three) years in the present status i.e. Branch Manager/ Branch In-charge.
∎ Maximum 45 years. May be relaxed in case of exceptionally deserving candidates.
∎ Excellent leadership and management skills.
∎ Excellent sales, customer service and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
∎ Completion of Banking Diploma part I and II (As per Bangladesh Bank Circular).
∎ Advanced knowledge of banking and finance best practices.
∎ Well conversant about banking laws, standards and Bangladesh Bank regulations.
∎ Analytical ability.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
∎ Prepare budget and financial statements.
∎ Monitor branch profitability, expenses and budgeting to achieve financial targets.
∎ Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
∎ Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
∎ Ensure Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Anti Terrorist Financing compliance.Ability to meet targets, take challenges and achieve organizational goals.
∎ Ensure proactive services in day to day banking operations.
∎ Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrate excellent customer service and set an example for other staff.
∎ Address complex customer inquiries, operational challenges and escalated issue effectively.
∎ Act as BAMLCO of the Branch.
