Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/Bachelor of Science in Animal Husbandry, or any equivalent degree.

• 2 to 4 years

• Only Male

• At least 2 years experience in contract broiler farming, Poultry Feed Sales, Customer/Technical Service, Breeder Farm, Broiler/Layer Farm and Hatchery.

• Have direct exposure in dealing with farmers.

• Have the ability to work under pressure and to travel extensively to different parts of Bangladesh.

• Develop a comprehensive business plan to accelerate broiler contract farming business, set targets, and drive the team for achieving expected sales to hit the top-line growth.

• Train, lead and monitor the sales team to convey extensive and visible ideas about all aspects of products and offerings to the targeted and potential farmers to bring new businesses.

• Provide adequate training, guidelines, and emergency assistance to the farmers to manage flock health, brooding & growing, feeding, nutrition factors, vaccination, medication, bio-security, ventilation, and other environmental aspects of farms to perform optimally and remain disease-free.

• Build and promote long term relationships with farmers to retain business and be aware of competitor`s business status.

• Enforce the sales team to acquire maximum profitability.

• The remuneration will be competitive and will depend on the qualifications, experience, and profile of the candidate as per Company policy.
