∎ SSC, Diploma
∎ ন্যূনতম এসএসসি (বিজ্ঞান) / ডিপ্লমা (ফুড টেকনোলজী)।
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ খামারীদের নিকট হতে দুধের নমুনা গ্রহণ করে পরীক্ষা করা;
∎ গুনগত মাণ নিশ্চিত করণের মাধ্যমে দুধ ওজন ও সংগ্রহ করা; দুধের ক্যান, মিল্ক ট্যাংক ও চিলিং সেন্টার পরিষ্কার ও জীবাণুমুক্ত রাখা;
∎ চিলিং সেন্টারের প্রয়োজনীয় রেজিস্টার মেইন্টেন করা;
∎ জেনারেটর চালানো, বন্ধ ও পরিস্কার করা;
∎ রাত্রিকালীন চিলিং সেন্টারের নিরাপত্তা প্রদান করা এবং অন্যান্য অর্পিত দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
