Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 01. Supervise and monitor utility and Boiler machinery
∎ 02. Supervise, repair, installation and commissioning of Boiler and equipment's
∎ 03. Implement and ensure Boiler safety, modification and servicing work as per demand
∎ 04. Plan, schedule and ensure the execution of preventive maintenance work of Boiler And related equipment's
∎ 05. Monitor and carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance work and generate maintenance report
∎ 06. Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues and inter unit department Head
∎ 07. Manage and maintain record of Boiler, steam and spare parts
∎ 08 Prepare and submit requisitions essential spares and goods of respective Boiler
∎ 09. Responsible for shift wise duty.
