• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Biomedical Science

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre

• Age At most 40 years
• Only Male

• Responsible for the proper functioning of all medical equipment in the Laboratory & Radiology Depertment.

• Drawing up a periodic maintenance & routine servicing schedule for all equipment.

• Overseeing record keeping of equipment-related documents in the department.

• Planning for optimal availability of equipment, spares & consumables.

• Assist the Purchase Department in the new equipment purchase process.

• Coordination with other departments such as Materials, purchase &Coordination with suppliers for immediate attention when arranging standby/loaner equipment or spares in case of repair delay.

• Assigning specific tasks to individuals such as allocating responsibilities for equipment in a department-wise manner among the engineers.

• Guide Technicians while solving major problems.

• Conducting technical meetings periodically.

• Conducting operator training periodically.

• Recruitment & training of Electricians & AC Technicians as & when required.

• Interacting with research & technical institutes.

• Arranging for special training for biomedical engineers may be required in case of life-saving equipment.

• Establish & maintain cordial relations with manufacturers, suppliers, service providers & end users to expedite information exchange & timely attention & response.
