Education:
M.Com / MBA (Accounts & Finance/Management/BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management/DSCM /CA.( C.C) /CMA Part Qualified in any reputed public University.

Strong Knowledge in Accounting & Finances.
Must have 7-10 years experience in Diagnostic or Hospital related specific job.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible to ensure day by day (regular) receiving inventory and all other associated materials of the diagnostic.
Proper knowledge of diagnostic or hospital supply chain management.
He is to review total area of this store and observe the condition of store house early in the morning to determine the condition of storage item and its safety; He will be taking care of accountability of the manpower placed under him daily.
He is to report immediately to his superior in case of any major discrepancies in storage materials and building; He is to ensure on time receiving of inventory and all other materials correctly and securely.
He has sufficient knowledge of inventory management in Health and diagnostic sectors in Bangladesh and also VAT & tax issues in store operation.
He is to ensure storage of material with proper traceability and identity and whether these are being stored maintaining proper principle of storage (Like FIFO/LIFO method, maintain minimum stock level, ERQ operation etc.).
He is to ensure proper preservation of materials in case of bulk storage for longer period.
He is to ensure delivery of right type of items to right place at right time in right quantity and quality for uninterrupted production.
He is to ensure snap check of material weekly in order to prevent pilferage and to discourage mishandling of materials.
He is to ensure proper & on time documentation of materials for its receives and issues.
He is to ensure total logistic support of his department and liaison with higher authority for necessary approval in case of major requirement.
He is to ensure safety of store, placement of sufficient first aid firefighting appliances as per the space entitlement.
He is to look after the welfare of personnel deployed under him to carry out day to day activities.
He is to ensure cleanliness & tidiness of the store area frequently.
To perform any other duties as assigned by the head of department/ higher authority.
Solve any discrepancy raised by audit section.
Segregate of reparse category as items supply chains management.
Update data regularly and repost to authority when asked/ required.
