∎ Diploma / Bachelor degree in any discipline or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management (preferable)
∎ Working in any 3-5 Star standard Hotel in the same position will be preferred and considered for academic qualification.

Job Context:
∎ ASSURE GROUP is opening a new sector of Hospitality service in the field of Tourism. To make the service all-inclusive and premium, the group is looking for a Bell Captain / Supervisor for its Hotel/Resorts at Cox’s Bazar & Manikganj.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control and supervise the lobby staff
∎ Train the lobby staff to maximize the departmental efficiency
∎ Ensure smooth coordination between the lobby and front office to facilitate smooth check-in and check-out
∎ Organize and supervise check-in and check-out baggage formalities of guests, groups, and crew
∎ Supervise the procurement and sale of a postage stamp
∎ Responsible for “left luggage” room
∎ Responsible for the safety and security in the lobby
∎ Ensure that all procedures regarding arrivals & departures are strictly followed by his staff
∎ Co-ordinates closely with tour leader regarding group baggage handling
∎ Attend to the guest complaint in the absence of lobby manager to ensure prompt action
∎ Ensure delivery of morning newspaper to the guest room as well as to the executive offices
∎ Maintain a record of all guests with scanty baggage and inform lobby manager about them

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-3 Years in the same position in a reputable Hotel/Resort
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and quick decision-making skills
∎ Excellent team management skills
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Excellent customer service abilities

Salary: Negotiable
