Responsibilities & Context:
Greet guests and escort them to their rooms
Carry guests luggage
Help guests with any needs or requests they have
Keep the lobby and public areas clean and tidy
Monitor guest activity in the lobby and public areas
Answer questions about the hotel and its facilities
Make sure all common areas are well-stocked with supplies
Help set up chairs and other equipment for events taking place in the hotel
Assist with serving food and drinks at hotel functions
Set up meeting rooms for events taking place at the hotel
