∎ All of our therapists will receive training on the applications of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach children with autism and developmental delays to acquire skills and maximize independence in the areas of communication, academics, socialization, self-management of behaviors and daily living skills. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in a child`s development and family dynamic.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver ABA/VB therapy to children aged 18 months - 12 years with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), maladaptive behaviors, and children with social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication developmental delays.
∎ Assist supervisor for the initial assessment process and functional analysis assessment.
∎ Implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) developed by the supervisor.
∎ Collect record and track data during sessions, and accurately document progress of the children.
∎ Manage behaviors being target in accordance with the behavior intervention plan.
∎ Implement strategies to promote skills acquisition in line with the IEP.
∎ Observe and record any behavioral situations; learn and apply new information or skills.
∎ Participate in weekly trainings conducted by the supervisor.
∎ Conduct center based and/or home-based therapy sessions.
∎ Communicate with parents to discuss progress, address prevailing issues and respond to their queries.
∎ Prepare materials as directed by the supervisor.
∎ React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
∎ Participate in outreach programs assigned by the supervisor and act as a trainer.
∎ Participate in the social and online events assigned by the supervisor and act as a host/spokesperson.

∎ Age at least 23 years
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
