Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum SSC or similar
∎ STA/RLS certifications required.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be a high school graduate.
∎ Have basic knowledge of how to handle crowds in the event of a disturbance or accident which may result in panic type situation.
∎ Possess a current and valid beach lifeguard certificate i.e., American Red Cross, Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) beach lifeguard, Ellis and Associates or any other internationally recognized beach lifeguard qualification.
∎ Qualified in the following:
∎ First Aid, CPR and Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) qualified
∎ Be familiar with the operation and usage of an emergency radio (PMR/walkie-talkie).
∎ Night patrol lifeguards shall be competent and able and competent to operate the 4x4 ATV.
∎ Shall have basic knowledge of how to handle crowds in the event of a disturbance or accident which may result in a panic type situation.
∎ Shall be able to speak, read, write English to a high standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-years' experience in the same field.
∎ Must have to know English (Written/Spoken)
∎ Well organized and Self-motivated.
Salary: Tk. 38000 - 42000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Yearly festival bonus & other benefits as per labor law
