Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong understanding of computer basics: The trainer should have a strong understanding of basic computer skills, including using the keyboard and mouse, navigating the desktop, and managing files and folders.
∎ Knowledge of Internet basics: The trainer should be well-versed in Internet basics such as web browsing, email, and online security.
∎ Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications: The trainer should have experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent communication skills: The trainer should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver training and interact with trainees.
∎ Ability to assess trainees' knowledge and skills: The trainer should be able to assess trainees' knowledge and skills and customize training sessions as needed.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: The trainer should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address any issues that arise during training.
∎ Creativity and adaptability: The trainer should be creative and adaptable in designing training materials and adapting to different learning styles.
∎ Patience and empathy: The trainer should have patience and empathy in working with trainees of varying skill levels and learning abilities.
∎ Continuous learning: The trainer should be committed to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest computer software and hardware developments.
