Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Welcoming customers at the bar area and asking what they need.
∎ Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations.
∎ Fulfilling customer drink orders accurately and promptly.
∎ Keeping the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer.
∎ Cleaning the bar, washing glasses and wiping down surfaces.
∎ Taking cash or card payments from customers.
∎ Keeping up to date with the latest drink trends.
∎ Verifying the age and checking the identification of potential customers
∎ We are opening a New Thai Restaurant in Dhaka fully owned by Thai National with it’s Ambience, Attentive Service and delectable dishes. It offers a taste of authentic Thai Flavors in the Heart of Dhaka.
∎ The Job of Bartender Is Executed Satisfactorily When
∎ 1. All rules & regulations are strictly adhered within the hotel including hotel’s policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP.
∎ 2. The service team is well managed, having delegated the appropriate tasks to the team members.
∎ 3. The sales are driven to the outlet’s full potential and that budget is adhered to.
∎ 4. A High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.
∎ 5. The outlet is developed in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.
∎ 6. A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times.
∎ Responsibilities:
