Responsibilities & Context:
Overall FnB Management including production/ Inventory/ Cold Storage/ Supply Chain/ Health & Hygiene for an international standard.
To coordinate overall operation
Supervise all the staff working
Ensure the quality and standard of food.
On the job training on the food handling, preparation, and cooking procedures is mandatory.
Have a basic understanding of nutrition, temperature and how to blend different types of ingredients together.
Applicants will be responsible for Shaping and styling breads and desserts, while creating different types of sauces, fillings, creams and jellies.
