∎ কৃষকদের সাথে কাজ করার জন্য চমৎকার যোগাযোগ ও প্রশিক্ষণ দক্ষতা।
∎ অর্গানিক কৃষি প্রচার এবং কৃষকদের ক্ষমতায়নে আগ্রহী।

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ গুণগত মান নিশ্চিতকরণ: অর্গানিক ও পরিবেশবান্ধব পণ্যের গুণমান যাচাই ও নিশ্চিত করা
∎ কৃষকদের সহায়তা: স্থানীয় কৃষকদের প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান এবং কীটনাশক-মুক্ত, টেকসই চাষাবাদ পদ্ধতি গ্রহণে উৎসাহিত করা।
∎ পণ্য সংগ্রহ: প্রান্তিক কৃষকদের কাছ থেকে সরাসরি পণ্য সংগ্রহ এবং ন্যায্য মূল্য নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি: অর্গানিক পণ্যের উপকারিতা সম্পর্কে গ্রাহক ও কৃষকদের মধ্যে সচেতনতা তৈরি করা।
∎ টেকসই উদ্যোগ: পরিবেশবান্ধব উৎপাদন পদ্ধতি প্রচার ও বাস্তবায়নে ভূমিকা রাখা।
