Job Context:
∎ Arits Limited is looking forward to hiring smart and motivated PHP Laravel Developers who will design and construct projects utilizing the Laravel framework and PHP, as well as support the team in providing high-quality web/mobile apps, services, and tools.
∎ You should be able to use Laravel`s GUI and create a PHP application from start to finish to be successful as a Laravel developer.
∎ Estimated Joining Date: Immediately
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience minimum 2 years in PHP (Laravel Framework)
∎ Experience with ElasticSearch (Search Engine) will be given preference.
∎ Modern tooling (PHP: Composer /JavaScript: Webpack/ gulp.js/ babel.js etc.
∎ Proactive attitude and result oriented R&D skills.
∎ Develop high standard web-based applications including APIs
∎ Develop new features and functions for existing products.
∎ Build efficient, testable, and reusable Laravel modules
∎ Develop production-level codes and maintain the Standard
∎ Utilize PSR-4 coding standards
∎ Coding Convention on PHP
∎ In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MSSql, NoSql)
∎ Must be able to work along with a team to design system database architecture.
∎ Working knowledge of version controlling systems like Git
∎ Candidates are expected to have basic knowledge of server configurations, hands-on experience with the CLI commands and DevOps
∎ Candidates who have experience in working with frontend frameworks such as React/ Angular / Vue.js will be given preference.
∎ Research and implement new technologies, tools, and methods
∎ Excellent communication skills in English & Bengali
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong portfolio of 1) Software development 2) Web Applications 3) E-commerce & Dynamic Web Development
∎ Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in working with Linux distributions
∎ Strict adherence to deadlines to meet the project requirements
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to listen to personnel, understand their needs, propose alternatives, and specify the best solution
∎ Capable to work under pressure
∎ Excellent time management and multitasking skills
∎ Required to resolve instant project problems in front of the board
∎ Need to communicate with international customers and attend international conferences.
∎ Need to submit two references from current jobs
∎ Need to prove current salary by presenting two pay slips.
