Job Context:
∎ ARITS Limited has developed a user-friendly mobile app for WorldFish called “OneFish” which is a one-stop digital solution for fish farmers (funded by USAID Feed the Future’s Bangladesh Aquaculture Activity). ARITS will now disseminate the OneFish App among fish farmers and other Aquaculture market actors. ARITS will also engage Aquaculture private sector actors for commercialization of the online-based business & service platform connecting retailers and LSPs to reach last-mile farmers.
∎ To accomplish the goals of the project, ARITS Limited is looking to hire two Field Coordinators for the duration of the project (12 months).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate overall field activities for their respective area
∎ Assist Field facilitators and App dissemination facilitators to organize and carry out field activities
∎ Monitoring of “OneFish” App promotional courtyard events with fish farmers conducted by the field team
∎ Engage with input companies/private sector partners
∎ Maintain professional business relations to adopt the business model using the “OneFish” platform
∎ Regular communication & collaboration with private sector field-level staff, their field officials and assigned dealers & LSPs
∎ Prepare weekly training schedules for their respective areas and share them with the Head of Program
∎ Attend different types of meetings as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 5 years experience of working with donor-funded projects
∎ Proven & practical experience of managing teams at field level
∎ Collaborative work with the private sector
∎ WorldFish project experience will be preferred
