Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and test cases.
∎ Expertise in manual and automated testing techniques, including E2E Testing, functional, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
∎ Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
∎ Meticulously document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
∎ Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.
∎ Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
∎ Ability to delve into complex issues and problems by employing clear analytical thinking
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
∎ Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC and industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
∎ Proficiency in at least one programming language( JavaScript, Python, Java ) and test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Appium).
∎ Experience and passion for validating UI/UX design
∎ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
∎ Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects and edge cases.
∎ Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any IT-related field.
