∎ Minimum Graduate (preferably Major in Marketing)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create excellent customer relationships with existing and new one.
∎ Ability to independently analyze market situation, identify potential (customers) and drive acquisition.
∎ Perform effective sales/acquisition call - ability to engage, build report, analyze, understand customer needs and come to right proposal.
∎ Preparing price quotations, ensuring product delivery, collecting payment and report to supervisor and respective department properly.
∎ Manage existing accounts effectively and efficiently, with the aim of achieving further growth.
∎ Track & monitor customer performance and report to B2B manager.
∎ Prepare & ensure customer bill & other document on time & follow-up for timely payment.
∎ Able to plan, execute independently, both in sales execution and process optimization
∎ Follow up and resolve any client complaints with operational departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years' experience in sales specially in institutions/Corporate & HORECA.
∎ Understanding on Commercial, Sales & Distribution know how, Effective Stakeholder Management.
∎ Strong Communication & Negotiation, Problem Solving, Project Management, MS Excel, PowerPoint skills and Required "can do" attitude.
∎ Local language known candidates will get the preferences.
