Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify project sales opportunities in their reason.
  • Meeting project Architect, Electrical Engineer and in charge officials and government officials,Generat leads and arrange meeting for order generation.
  • Continuous liasioning and follow up with the officials
  • Maintaining good relationship with the officials and should able to manage overall sales/liasioning activities.
  • Preparing daily sales reports and discussing progress with the reasonal Head.
  • Should be able to give presentation and demo, if required.
  • Determined, results driven professional with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Team player with good skills for creating good relationship.
  • Responsible for other allied works as assigned from time to time by your repoting authority.
  • Achivement of secondery sales revenue in the assign cluster
  • Ensure complete market mapping,customar database in the territory as per target
  • Ensure adiquate centricity and control over demand generation through adequate and direct end-customar coverage
  • Ensure adiquate coverage of accounts across the market in the assiged territory as per targets.
  • Owns the Go-To Market strategy developed by the organization and ensure 100% implementation.
  • Improve brand presence in the assigned vertical
  • Resposible for the new account development and /or increasing share or wallet in the existing accounts.
  • Appointment of the channel partners in markets without direct presence
  • Ensure healthy ROI and minimum earings for the channel partners
  • Consistant monthly billing of all channel partners and timely collection of all outstanding sales.
  • Negotiate orders and seek support from the management for important pricing matters
  • Cordinate with various functions in the company to ensure customer requests are handled up appropriately
  • Ensure compliance on key input and output metries(e.g. market working norms,primary and secondary metrics.)
  • Conduct promotional activities like dealer get together, contractors get together,factory visits if required.

Supply of all ranges of Lighting and Luminaries for the below listed segments.

  • Architect & Architect firm: Government and private project of Architects firm
  • Residential- Living spaces designed for private occupation including houses, apartments, and condominiums.
  • Commercial-Spaces intended for business activities, such as officers, retail stores, and restuarants.Example: office building,shopping mall and restaurants.
  • Educational-Facilities design for learning, including schools,univercities,and training centers.
  • Werehouse-Storage facilities for goods and materials,supporting distributionand logistics. Example: Distribution centers,logistics werehouse and manufacturing storage facilities.
  • Industrial requirement such as Garments Factory, FMCG Factory, Power project ect

    Earning : Freedom of Earning:- Earn as much as you can on your sales target based on 5% Sales Commission of 10,00,000 taka sales Target Monthly.·
