∎ Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to meet organizational goals and revenue targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
∎ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other sales terms with high-level clients.
∎ Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform business strategies.
∎ Lead, coach, and motivate team members to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
∎ Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to improve the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
∎ Identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential markets for growth.
