Job Context:
∎ To plan, direct and control core activities related to Sales, Marketing and Service of Microinsurance products independently as well as through Sales Team to acquire and grow business under the guidance and leadership of Head of Department in order to achieve the overall business goals (yearly business targets) and objectives of the specific individual.
∎ Ensuring new business of Micro Insurance (Credit Shield insurance & Saving Protection Term Life Insurance) for Clients of Different kinds of Microfinance Institutions (MFI), NGOs & Banks/Non-Bank Financial Institution by continuous communication & provide them different services all over the country.
∎ Assisting HOD in developing and achieving the strategic and operational objectives of the Micro Insurance business.
∎ Meeting with prospective clients from time to time to maintain good relationship with the potential customers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate, Plan and implement a distinctive new business strategy to achieve business goals and company's long-term sustainability.
∎ Develop & deliver presentation on micro insurance service to MFIs and bank/Non-Bank Financial Institutions. Preparing SLA for various proposal of Micro Insurance.
∎ Arranging & managing meeting with existing & potential partners within and outside of Dhaka city.
∎ Keeping constant contact with different corporate companies regarding company's product/services and sending different offer letter.
∎ Expanding Micro Insurance project all over the country through communication, negotiation, maintaining excellent relationship with existing & potential partner MFIs, Banks etc. Developing new customers base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Contribute marketing, sales information and recommendation to strategic plan and execute successfully.
∎ Review, monitor and report on market and competitor activities and take necessary measures to revise Guardian Life Insurance's plans if required to protect and aggressively grow market share.
∎ Responding to claim query from MFIs-HO through mail/phone call (if required).
∎ Sharing analytical report for MFIs-HO Team (when required).
∎ Performing any other official tasks assigned by the management of GLIL.
