Job Context: Dhaka Hybrid is seeking a highly qualified Automobile Engineer with strong expertise in hybrid and electric vehicles. We prefer candidates from reputed government polytechnic institutions who are passionate about modern automotive technology.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the technical team
Diagnose and resolve complex hybrid & electric car issues
Develop and implement service quality standards
Conduct advanced diagnostics using modern tools
Handle hybrid battery, inverter & electric drivetrain issues
Prepare technical reports and service documentation
Train and develop junior technicians
Liaise with parts suppliers and vendors
Educational Requirements:
Diploma in Automobile Engineering (mandatory)
Candidates from Dhaka Polytechnic Institute or other government polytechnic institutions will be given preference
Additional certification in hybrid / EV technology is a plus
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in automobile engineering
Must have strong expertise in hybrid & electric car systems
Previous experience in a senior technical role preferred
Salary: ৳40,000 – ৳50,000 (Based on experience & qualification)
