Job Context:
∎ Pidim Foundation is looking for Automation Officer (Hardware) in the following position.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Duties include installing and maintaining computer systems including software and hardware on desktops and laptops, resolving internet and network access issues (both wired and wireless), providing network printer support, meeting with staff to provide one-on-one technical assistance as needed/requested.
∎ Diagnosis the problem Laptop/PC/Printer/Scanner and finally resolve it.
∎ Configuring and maintaining computer, Installing & configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
∎ Any type of customize software install and configure.
∎ Capacity building of staff in terms of computer software uses, providing training to staff on software and hardware use, determining causes of computer/software/network malfunctions through evaluation and testing and resolution via modifications, repair, or external support assistance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 year(s) experiences in a renowned IT Farm as a same position.
∎ Age upto 38

Salary: Tk. 28000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per policy of Pidim Foundation.
∎ Weekends 2 days(Fridays & Saturday)
